Introduction
The dried out ecosystems in any river basins of the world bring about many risks (Roberts, 1995, Rolland, 1998, Kravcik, 2000). The dried out Earth´s surface contributes to the microclimatic changes, and it lowers the chemical and biological processes directly in the ecosystems (Robert, 1991).
