    All the continents of the world have been suffering from floods and droughts, fires, lack of water and food, famine, regional conflicts and climatic changes. During the last years, these phenomena have been evoking grave concern in our civilization’s future. The damages caused by water all over the world exceed hundreds of billion EUR annually. According to the prognoses, these damages tend to rise. To this, the coming economic crisis has been added bringing also unemployment with it.     Cette semaine nous sommes allĂ©s de Budapest Ă  Kosice en passant par Bratislava… si vous regardez sur une carte vous verrez que c’est un sacrĂ© dĂ©tour, mais vraisemblablement depuis la France, c’était le seul trajet proposĂ© par la SNCF… Nous avions rendez-vous avec Michal Kravcik qui très gentiment est venu nous chercher Ă  la gare et nous a amenĂ© dans un hĂ´tel qui est situĂ© sous les gradins du stade de foot de la ville !     As of recently, the assumed role of carbon dioxide (CO2) as one of the leading causes of global warming has become widely criticized (Gerlich & Tscheuschner, 2007; US Senate, 2008). This insight conflicts with the popular political and public view which explains the cause of global warming as the increase of greenhouse gas emissions. The main evidence supporting this theory is the correlation between atmospheric CO2 and global temperatures. This correlation, however, is not substantiated by scientifically proven methods and can
